With a fair understanding of the concept of choice, we are very open with our intention to provide both SYNTHETIC and ORGANIC agricultural services and products thereby giving the consumers an upper-hand to decide what best suits their needs. Our products range from NPK fertilizer, Urea fertilizer, Ammonium sulphate fertilizer, “BioRapid” organic liquid fertilizer, BioRapid organic solid (granular and powder) fertilizer, BioRapid fungicide, BioRapid insecticide, BioRapid pesticide and various weedicides (systemic and contact).

We also occupy a fair share in the commodity industry dealing mostly agro-based commodities such as rice (ready for consumption), rice paddy, sesame seeds, sesame products, soyabean, maize, cocoa, cashew, rubber, groundnut, cassava and cassava products, and yam.

The entire world is highly challenged with problems posed by climate change. We therefore need to triple the relations of agriculture with technology. This will help combat those problems and ensure sustainability and at the same time food security.

 OUR AGRIC-EXTENSION ENGINEERING TEAM

Specifically made up of well trained, competent and professional agricultural engineering personnel, selected to cover every sector or domain in agricultural crop cultivation process. They also have knowledge on the various methods of cultivation such as: subsistence farming, shifting cultivation, intensive farming, and pastoralism. 

Our agric-extension engineering team at “agrospora” has been working extremely hard to ensure that we prioritize the use of technology in every sector and one of our major success has been the introduction of drones for spraying, development of solar equipped knapsack sprayers, weather forecasting technology and apps to create awareness to farmers on favorable cropping periods. They will support Ghana farmers, especially smallholder farmers with strategies offering sustainable solutions tailored to local crops, helping increasing productivity and profitability for famers locally and globally.

OUR PRODUCTS

Commodities:

• Sesame seed & products; sesame is a product belonging to the genus “Sesamum” alternatively called benne. It is our number one commodity trading choice on the list due to its multiple uses and rich benefits. There are numerous wild relatives which occur in Africa. It is a crop which naturalizes in tropical regions around the world. Here at agrospora we cultivate and trade this commodity for its edible seeds.
